We want you to love your games as much as we do, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unopened shrink-wrap packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unopened items in a sturdy shipping box, ensuring you include a slip with your RMA number inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
